I have proudly called Pensacola home for 33 years, and I truly cherish this vibrant Emerald Coast community, my amazing sphere of friends, and church.  I’ve been happily married for 25 years and am the proud parent of three remarkable adult children. My passion for health, fitness, and nutrition drives me, and I enjoy sharing insights whenever possible. As a Licensed PTA, I dedicated 23 years to my Geriatric Physical Therapy career, assisting individuals aged 60+ in regaining their function and mobility.
